Research on the Interoperability Between the Primary and Secondary Sides of 30kW MC-WPT System with Different Power Levels

The interoperability of wireless charging in electric vehicles pertains to the capability of any power supply apparatus and electric vehicle to wirelessly transmit power in a safe and efficient manner via a magnetic field, while adhering to relevant regulations. Achieving optimal transmission efficiency under varying input power levels, ground clearances, and circuit topologies poses a challenge in the design of interoperability. This article centers around the wireless charging system of LCC-LCC electric vehicles, taking the specified size parameters of the vehicle end in GB/T 38755.7 as the benchmark. The interoperability of the designed primary coil with three distinct power receiving ends, namely 3.7kW, 7.7kW, and 11kW, is verified through simulation.
