Performance Evaluation Method of Magnetic Levitation Train Suspension System Based on Operation Data
As a modern new type of rail transportation, magnetic levitation train has many technical advantages, such as safety, reliability, convenient maintenance, green and environmental protection, etc. The levitation system is the core key system of magnetic levitation train. The levitation system is the core key system of the maglev train, and its performance determines the overall performance of the maglev train. Currently, there are fewer studies on the performance evaluation of the levitation system of the maglev train. In this paper, on the basis of obtaining the actual running data of the train, two performance evaluation methods, namely the error integral index and the minimum variance index, are adopted to evaluate the levitation system of the normal-conducting magnetic levitation train. Firstly, maglev train levitation data acquisition system and the definition of the two evaluation indexes are introduced. Secondly, a single-point model of the levitation system is established, and a controller is designed to analyze the applicability of the two indicators in the performance evaluation of the levitation system. Finally, based on the actual running data of the train, the performance evaluation methods of the error integral index and the minimum variance index are experimentally verified and their correlation is analyzed.
