Research on the Application of C-Based Microcontroller in Carbon Nanotube Sensors
This study explores the application of C-based microcontrollers in carbon nanotube (CNT) sensors, especially their effectiveness in high-precision environmental monitoring. The system designs an adaptive transmission protocol (ATP), which can dynamically adjust the transmission rate according to the amount of real-time data to improve transmission efficiency. Combined with the efficient computing characteristics of C language, the collection, processing and transmission processes of sensor data are optimized. The model simulation uses multi-level parameter settings to accurately evaluate the impact of different transmission protocols on data integrity and transmission speed. The simulation results show that with the support of the microcontroller, the ATP-based system has improved the transmission efficiency by about 35% and can control the data loss rate below 0.5%. Compared with traditional transmission methods, the new system not only maintains a high transmission rate under limited hardware resources, but also reduces system energy consumption. This study shows that the solution of C-based microcontroller combined with CNT sensors and adaptive transmission protocols can provide an efficient and reliable data transmission solution for environmental monitoring and other fields.
