A Novel Approach for Estimation and Suppression of Speckle Noise in Ultrasound Imaging for Enhanced Restoration
Tough conditions and hardware in imaging often leads to degradation of images but it is part of a device issue. Moreover, Ultrasound comprises the suitable economical processes to augment resolution, eradicate noise, and amplify the quality of an image. This paper states the research of objectives combining various methods for reconstruction of tomographic images It would appear that, this method is aided by advances made in other algorithms such as Constrained Least-Squares Filter Non-Local Means algorithms and Lucy-Richardson, and Wavelet Filter. This paper show, by comparing the efficiency of this hybrid approach to the efficiencies of the individual algorithms, that the combination of non-local means Filter and Lucy-Richardson algorithm, achieved most successful image resolution improvement. It should be pointed out that the hybrid method proposed predicts the ultrasound images in terms of increased spatial resolution to 11.15p/cm, and decreased mean standard deviation from to 18. There's an indication that the hybrid approach, helps in improving ultrasound images.
