Abstract

In this research work, a novel orderly study was conducted to explore the different parameters effect of thickness of the protection tier on adeptness of the FTO/TiO<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>/CsSnI<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf>/Cu<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>O/Au Perovskite solar cell by SCAPS-1D. To realize the optimized power conversion efficiency (PCE), acceptor density of the Perovskite absorption layer is (N<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">A</inf>=2×1019cm-3) with a 40nm TiO<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>layer, 300 nm for the Perovskite absorption layer (CsSnI<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf>) and 10 nm Cu2o as HTL, with Au as electrode.
