Research on the Encryption Algorithm for Secure Storage Data of Automotive Chips Based on SM4 Algorithm

This paper proposes an encryption algorithm for secure storage data of automotive chips based on SM4 algorithm. This paper first analyzes the storage requirements and data security challenges of automotive chips, and proposes a data encryption method based on SM4 algorithm, aiming to ensure that the data stored in automotive chips are not illegally accessed and tampered with during transmission and storage. By optimizing and improving the SM4 algorithm, it can run efficiently under the limited computing resources of automotive chips. The encryption and decryption modules are designed and system simulation is performed on them. The simulation results show that the optimized SM4 algorithm has good performance in encryption efficiency and storage consumption, and can meet the data encryption requirements of automotive chips. Through precise data analysis, this paper further evaluates the performance indicators of the algorithm, such as encryption speed, storage space occupancy and anti-attack ability. Experimental results show that the designed encryption algorithm can effectively reduce the consumption of storage and computing resources of automotive chips while meeting high security, and has strong practical application potential. This algorithm provides new technical ideas for data protection in automotive chips, and provides theoretical support and technical guarantee for the data security of smart cars.
