Construction and Application of Virtual Light Scene for Solar Greenhouse Groups

A general framework was proposed in this study to promote the modernization and intelligent development of solar greenhouse production. The method defines a virtual lighting model composed of three basic functions: sensing, modeling, and application. Based on this universal framework for greenhouse light simulation, it can comprehensively cover various light environment, operating conditions, and planting scenarios. This study enables the quantification and visualization of the 3D spatial heterogeneity of light environments within greenhouse structures and crop canopies, providing scientific evidence for precise control in greenhouse planning, covering material selection, and optimization of planting strategies.

Abstract

A general framework was proposed in this study to promote the modernization and intelligent development of solar greenhouse production. The method defines a virtual lighting model composed of three basic functions: sensing, modeling, and application. Based on this universal framework for greenhouse light simulation, it can comprehensively cover various light environment, operating conditions, and planting scenarios. This study enables the quantification and visualization of the 3D spatial heterogeneity of light environments within greenhouse structures and crop canopies, providing scientific evidence for precise control in greenhouse planning, covering material selection, and optimization of planting strategies.
