Location and Capacity Determination Method of Distributed Wind-Storage System in Distribution Network Considering Source-Load Uncertainty
The large share of distributed wind power integration brings many uncertainties to the planning of distribution network. In this paper, the energy storage is configured for the power generation side. In order to make the planning results more reasonable, the uncertainty of source and load is comprehensively considered, and the location and capacity planning model of wind storage system considering both technical and economic is constructed. Firstly, the results and working principle of the wind storage system are introduced. Secondly, the source-load uncertainty model based on multi-scenario analysis method is established. The Latin hypercube sampling is used to generate the initial scene, and the Kantorovich distance is used to reduce the scene, and then the planning scene is calculated with the scene probability as the weight. Finally, focusing on the economic performance of the wind energy storage system and the voltage stability of the distribution network, the linear weighting method is converted into a single objective. The particle swarm optimization algorithm, combined with the chaotic optimization algorithm, is used to solve the problem. The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method are demonstrated through simulations of the IEEE 33-node power distribution system.
