The Design and Implementation of the Embedded Sleep Ecosystem

In recent years, sleep disorders have become a major stubborn illness affecting people's physical and mental health. Traditional treatment methods have problems such as single direction, low efficiency, and cumbersome processes. In response to this problem, this paper designs and develops a sleep ecosystem. This system combines traditional medicine with modern intelligent technology and conducts all-round and multi-faceted three-dimensional treatment for insomnia patients through 7.83Hz Schumann waves, fragrances containing sleep-aid drugs, 720nm red light, and the sounds of insects and birds. The sleep ecosystem is based on the single chip microcomputer, including the Schuman wave generator module, fragrance eruption module, 720nm red light module, sound module and other components, respectively from the electromagnetic wave, smell, vision, hearing and other aspects of human sleep intervention and treatment. Develop a mobile APP, which can send control commands such as switching, timing off, timing eruption, volume size and music selection to the sleep instrument. The practical application test shows that the system has achieved the expected function, can regulate the sleep atmosphere and improve the sleep quality.
