High-Capacity Reversible Data Hiding Algorithm for Medical Images
Medical images have problems such as low information embedding capacity, high difficulty, and obvious distortion. To solve the above problems, a high-capacity reversible data hiding algorithm based on medical images is proposed. Firstly, the image is preprocessed against overflow by using Run-Length Encoding compression, and then use the designed PPC-VO predictor to predict pixels. Based on the prediction error, perform four rounds of information embedding. The experimental results show that after image preprocessing, the maximum embedding capacity of the algorithm is increased by over 80000 bits compared to the comparative literature.
