Low-Carbon Regional Integrated Energy Optimization Scheduling Considering Two-Stage Power-to-Gas
Under the background of the “dual carbon” goals, in order to improve the energy efficiency of the Regional Integrated Energy System (RIES) and promote the consumption of new energy, further reducing the carbon emission level of RIES; on the basis of considering the consumption issue of wind power, a two-stage power-to-gas (P2G) device is adopted, and hydrogen fuel cell energy storage is incorporated to facilitate the consumption of abundant wind energy during nighttime. Secondly, variable efficiency operation characteristics are adopted to improve the energy utilization efficiency of each device. Finally, under the guidance of the carbon market, a reward-penalty ladder carbon trading mechanism is introduced to limit the system's carbon emissions. Based on this, an operation target is established to minimize energy procurement costs, carbon trading costs, system operation and maintenance costs, and wind power output costs. The CPLEX solver is used for solving, and different scenarios are set up to analyze and demonstrate the model's effectiveness in terms of economy, environmental protection, and other aspects.
