Resilient Distributed Secondary Control Strategy Optimal-Consensus-Based for Island Microgrids

Distributed control-based alternative current (AC) microgrids are susceptible to cyber attack which relying on sparse communication networks due to the lack of a central controller. Cyber attack makes microgrids unstable in the operation process. This article proposed an optimal consensus-based resilient distributed control strategy to handle microgrids control issue with the constant false data injection attacks (FDIAs). This strategy transformed the secondary issue into a optimization issue to resist adverse effects caused by the FDIA. Designing secondary controller for microgrids and simplifying the controller structure are the key. The sufficient conditions are demonstrated using the Lyapunov function for maintaining the stability of the proposed control strategy. Some results are exhibited by the MATLAB/Simulink platform. The performance is reviewed to verify the efficiency of the proposed control strategy for enhancing the microgrids stability and dealing with cyber attacks.
