Collaborative Scheduling Strategy for Electric Vehicle-Wind Considering Carbon Trading and Controllable Potential Assessment

In view of the current problems of insufficient consideration of low-carbonization and the interests of thermal power unit generators in wind-electric power systems, as well as neglecting the controllable potential and user responsiveness of electric vehicles(EVs), a collaborative scheduling strategy for electric vehicle-wind considering carbon trading and controllable potential assessment is proposed. Firstly, considering the carbon trading mechanism in wind-electric power systems, a tiered reward-punishment carbon price carbon emissions interaction model for thermal power units is proposed. Secondly, starting from the comprehensive regulation and control ability of charging and the dispatchable capacity, the dispatchable potential of EV charging is evaluated to increase wind power consumption and reduce carbon emissions. Subsequently, an EV charging and discharging optimization model that comprehensively considers the total load peak-valley difference of the power grid, EV user charging costs, and the lowest carbon trading cost of thermal power unit generators is proposed to maximize the interests of the power grid, EV users, and thermal power unit generators. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through case simulation.
