Design of Intelligent Physiotherapy Room Temperature Control System Based on GA-Fuzzy-PID
In recent years, as the pressure of young and middle-aged people's study and work gradually increases, the demand for physiotherapy products gradually increases. In this paper, a graphene far-infrared intelligent physiotherapy room is designed. Aiming at the nonlinearity and large hysteresis of the temperature control system of the intelligent physiotherapy room, a control strategy based on genetic algorithm optimized fuzzy PID is proposed. First, the least squares method is used to determine the system model parameters. Then the PID model and the fuzzy adaptive PID model are established through Simulink. Finally, the fuzzy rules and PID control parameters are optimized using the genetic algorithm, and the fuzzy adaptive PID model optimized by the genetic algorithm is established. The simulation results indicate that the intelligent physiotherapy room temperature control system based on GA-Fuzzy-PID demonstrates significantly reduced overshoot, quicker response time, and enhanced resistance to interference compared to traditional PID and fuzzy adaptive PID controllers.
