Distributed Optimization for Multi-Agent Systems Under Disturbances with Quantization and Event-Triggered Communication

This paper studies the distributed optimization problem for multi-agent systems with dynamic event-triggered communication. We investigate the comprehensive effects of the logarithmic quantization and the external disturbances on the distributed optimization problems. It is proved that the event-triggered algorithm practically converges if the design parameter-<tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$s$</tex> are chosen properly. Based on the event-triggered condition, we prove that there is no Zeno phenomenon. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is illustrated through a simulation example.
