Dynamic Event-Triggered H∞; Fault-Tolerant Control for Aero-Engine Distributed Systems

This paper introduces a dynamic event-triggered <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$H_{\infty}$</tex> fault-tolerant control method for uncertain aero-engine distributed systems. Firstly, the actuator fault, external disturbance, input/output quantization error, and system uncertainty are mathematically described. A dynamic event-triggered mechanism is provided to improve the usage of network resources, and the closed-loop system mathematical models considering the above factors are developed. A sufficient condition for ensuring the system's asymptotic stability is then established using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method. Additionally., a co-design technique for the <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$H_{\infty}$</tex> controller and dynamic event trigger is provided in the form of linear matrix inequality. Finally, an arithmetic example is employed to illustrate the effectiveness and advantage of the suggested control technique.
