Assessment of Dispatch Potential of Adjustable Resources in Distribution Network Based on Comprehensive Assignment of CRITIC-G1 Method
By assessing the potential of adjustable resources in distribution network, the resources can be more accurately understood and the allocation of adjustable resources can be made more reasonable. This paper proposes a method for assessing the dispatch potential of adjustable resources in distribution network based on the CRITIC-G1 (Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation-G1) method of comprehensive weighting. Firstly, the potential assessment indicators considering user psychology is proposed, and based on the EEMD-KPCA (Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition-Kernel Principal Component Analysis) method, the historical data of adjustable resources are effectively decomposed and dimension-reduced processing, and solved to get the probability distribution relationship between the response potential of adjustable resources and the excitation intensity in distribution network. Secondly, the maximum adjustable power, reaction time, average response rate, response duration, and response recovery rate of the adjustable resources are obtained, and the scheduling potential of adjustable resources is comprehensively judged based on the above indicators. Then, the CRITIC method is used to calculate the objective weight values of the indicators, the G1 method is used to calculate the subjective weight values of the indicators, and the combination of the two methods is used to assign weights, calculate the comprehensive weights, and use the rank-sum-ratio evaluation method to obtain the final assessment results. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by arithmetic simulation.
