Design of Stress Point Detection System for Tempered Glass Based on Contact Image Sensor Optical Image
As large-format tempered glass is widely used in construction-related industries, higher requirements are placed on its safety testing. Based on the optical principles and imaging characteristics of Contact Image Sensor (CIS), this paper proposes a design scheme for a large-format glass inspection system based on CIS camera, and builds an experimental test platform based on it. The platform has the ability to test tempered glass with a width of 1.8m. For tempered glass covered with 1/4 polarizing film, The experimental results show that the best stress spot imaging effect can be achieved when the focus height is 26.5±0.5mm and the exposure is 10.5us. Compared with the existing image acquisition system based on Charge-coupled Device (CCD) camera, the accuracy of defect recognition is improved from 92.84% to 98.76%.
