Anorectal Surgery Navigation System Based on Bursa Seven-Parameter Model and Optical Mixed Reality
In traditional closed anorectal surgery, surgeons first need to locate the position of the anal point on the patient's body using information provided by the imaging screen. Subsequently, they make an incision along the anal margin, and insert surgical forceps into the anal muscles to locate the blind end of the rectum, thus performing anorectoplasty. The difficulty of this procedure lies in the fact that surgeons need to identify the anal point and anal margin of the patient through MRI images before surgery, then construct an anal canal during the surgery. In order to optimize these process, this paper proposes a closed anorectal surgery navigation system based on the Bursa seven-parameter model and optical mixed reality. The system establishes a spatial mapping relationship between virtual models and real objects to achieve virtual-to-real registration and assist surgeons accurately performing closed anorectal surgery.
