Bi-Level Optimization of the Integrated Energy System with Flexible Thermoelectric Ratio Adjustment
This paper introduces an optimization scheduling model for integrated energy systems that incorporates flexible thermoelectric ratio adjustment to address issues such as limited regulation capacity and energy supply-demand mismatches found in traditional systems. By employing energy storage devices and supplementary combustion waste heat boilers, the thermoelectric ratio can be adjusted flexibly. Additionally, it introduces demand-side response based on time-of-use electricity pricing for optimization scheduling, implements optimization strategies through bi-level optimization, verifies the model's feasibility and practical value, and achieves cost savings of approximately 6.8255%. This paper holds significant theoretical importance in advancing the development of integrated energy systems and in alleviating pressure on power grids.
