Dual-Mode Turbidity Measurement System Based on Embedded System
Measuring instruments typically operate in either online or offline modes. If the measuring structure and system are specially designed, it is possible to achieve two different modes of measurement with the same instrument. Taking turbidity measurement as an example, this paper designs a turbidity measurement system based on an embedded system that has both online and offline measurement modes. The turbidity measurement optical path is designed according to the nephelometric and transmission method. The three-dimensional structure of the turbidity measurement chamber is designed and manufactured, and the drive, measuring, display, and communication circuits based on the embedded system are designed. The results show that the turbidity measurement system can switch between two modes and measure turbidity in each mode. The accuracy of turbidity measurement meets the requirements.
