Research on Post Weld Heat Treatment Control System for Ultra Large Carbon Steel Workpieces Based on Fuzzy PID
Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional post-weld heat treatment method, a large-scale heat processor is designed and fuzzy PID temperature control is introduced to improve the system's self-adaptive capability. The heater is designed for ultra-large carbon steel workpieces, and the temperature of the cylinder is raised to a specific temperature by the electromagnetic field generated by the induction current, which utilizes a good high-temperature environment to reduce the residual stresses inside the material. Through COMSOL finite element simulation combined with theoretical calculations, the parameters obtained are optimized, and the appropriate induction current and frequency are selected. Through simulation and analysis, the temperature change of the cylinder can be observed more intuitively, and the calculation error can be reduced to achieve the technological requirements of post-weld heat treatment.
