Evaluation Method of Distributed Photovoltaic Primary Frequency Modulation Capability
In this paper, an evaluation method of distributed photovoltaic primary frequency regulation capability is proposed, which aims to cope with the challenges of power system inertia reduction and frequency fluctuation after distributed photovoltaic grid connection. Firstly, the output prediction is carried out by using the long short-term memory neural network combined with the control parameters, meteorological factors and historical data of distributed photovoltaic. Then, an evaluation system including three first-level indicators of frequency modulation power, frequency modulation dead time and margin capacity is constructed, and the entropy weight method and TOPSIS method are used to quantitatively evaluate the primary frequency modulation capability of distributed photovoltaic. Through the simulation system verification, the results show that the method can effectively evaluate the primary frequency modulation ability of distributed photovoltaic, which has important reference value for practical application.
