Requirement and Practice of Coal Supply Balance and Energy Dispatching Risk Analysis for Large Energy Enterprises
Among the various forms of energy involved by energy enterprises, coal plays an important role, and the coal industry shoulders the heavy responsibility of ensuring the safe and stable supply of coal throughout the country. The coal industry and the whole energy industry are mutually integrated, interdependent and influenced, so it is difficult to draw a clear boundary. Among them, coal-fired power enterprises are the most typical, and the upstream and downstream industries of coal-fired power enterprises have high correlation, which makes the integrated operation chain closely connected and has unique competitive advantages in operation efficiency and cost. At the same time, however, the biggest potential risks of coal-fired power enterprises are high correlation between upstream and downstream industries, small fault-tolerant space and strong system rigidity, which makes enterprises have many management coordination problems and risk early warning problems in the production and operation process. In order to deal with the above problems, further expand the industrial advantages of energy enterprises, eliminate production and operation risks and improve comprehensive operation efficiency, it is necessary to give full play to the overall competitive advantage of integrated operation mode. Based on the construction of digital supply chain, the research and application of key technologies of coal-electricity integrated intelligent dispatching and joint early warning in large energy enterprises will be carried out to further improve comprehensive productivity and ensure integrated and efficient operation.
