Design and Implementation of Automatic Pusher Robot Remote Monitoring System
In the traditional pasture, the manual way of pushing back the feed has the problems of low efficiency and large labour cost, and the introduction of automatic pusher robots can effectively improve this drawback. However, due to the complexity of the pasture environment, the problem of remote monitoring and operation of the automatic pusher robot is inconvenient. In order to address this problem, this paper designs and develops a remote monitoring system for the automatic pusher robot in the pasture, which realises the real-time monitoring of the position, speed, power and other operating states of the automatic pusher robot, as well as the remote control functions of the robot's working path selection, operation control and other remote control functions. Practical application tests show that the monitoring system can effectively manage multi-location and multi-user pusher robots, improve the efficiency of automatic pusher robots, reduce the cost, and increase the efficiency of the pasture.
