A quantitative attenuation and homogenization method for detector array
The detection array method is one of the important methods of far-field laser spot parameters measurement, and the quantitative attenuation sampling technology is the key technology of which. Based on the Bidirectional Transmittance Distribution Function, the diffuse transmission attenuation characteristics were obtained, an attenuating sampling structure with high reflection and diffuse transmission was designed. The simulation model was established by TracePro and the Monte Carl numerical simulation was carried out. For the developed detection array structure, the transmission rate and spot homogenization, anti-laser damage experiments were researched. The content of this paper verifies the feasibility of using attenuation sampling and homogenization method to measure the spot parameters of detection array, and provides a reliable technical route for the development of detection array target spot instrument.
