Experimental study on energy stability of repetitively pulsed non-chain DF laser
In order to improve the application performance of repetitively pulsed non-chain DF laser, we have conducted experimental research on the influencing factors of the energy stability of a closed cycle non-chain DF laser. Based on the principle of laser dynamics, three influencing factors including temperature, deexcitation of ground state DF molecules and consumption of working gas were investigated experimentally. By combining use of heat exchanger for heat dissipation, molecular sieves for adsorbing ground-state DF molecules and properly replenishing the working gas, the average drop of the output energy was no more than 7% after 7,500 pulses at repetition rate operation with 50Hz/10s.
