This article examines the management of social intelligence as a key factor in enhancing advertising effectiveness, particularly for socially significant projects. Social intelligence is defined as the ability to understand and interact with others, crucial for successful advertising campaigns. In today's world, where information technology and social media shape public opinion, social intelligence is essential for advertising professionals. The article analyzes aspects of social intelligence, including processing social information, social awareness, and social skills, along with adapting communication based on the audience. Understanding the nuances of social interactions can significantly influence how messages are received by different demographic groups.
