Optimal Configuration of PV and Energy Storage System Capacity on the User Side Based on Time-of-Use Pricing Mechanism
The combination of photovoltaic and energy storage systems has been a trend, and the reasonable allocation of the capacity of photovoltaic cells and energy storage batteries on the user side can significantly improve the economic benefits of users. In order to improve the economic benefits of users under the time-of-use electricity price, based on the typical daily photovoltaic power generation curve and the typical daily user load characteristic curve on the user side, combined with the user’s time-of-use electricity price, the energy dispatching strategy of the energy storage system is designed, the economic optimization model is established, and the model is solved based on the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal capacity of the photovoltaic and energy storage system. The simulation analysis and the results show that the proposed method can significantly improve the economic benefits of users under the condition of time-of-use electricity price, and also has a certain positive effect on the peak shaving and valley filling of large power grids.
