Assessment of Financial Losses Due to Voltage Sag Considering the Synthetic Importance and Composition Pattern of Industrial Process
Financial losses of industrial process due to voltage sag depend on both the properties of process and voltage sag characteristics. The cost at a given sag event is related to the importance degree of the component and the influence degree of the process. The concepts of structural importance, sensitivity importance, and state importance of process components are proposed in this paper, proposing a method to evaluate voltage sag losses in industrial processes. Firstly, a synthetic importance evaluation model is established based on the proposed three importance indices and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Then, taking the importance degree of each component and the composition pattern of process into consideration, financial losses as a measurement, the economic loss of industrial process evaluation model at a given sag event is constructed and the evaluation algorithm is researched. Finally, taking a specific industrial process as an example, the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method are demonstrated, providing a basis for customers to take reasonable countermeasures in decision-making.
