Study on Loss Characteristics of Amorphous Alloy Transformer
Amorphous alloy transformer has significant advantages in economy and energy saving, is one of the preferred energy-saving and environmentally friendly distribution transformers of the current power system. The energy saving effect is very significant when applied in industrial areas, commercial areas, places with low load factor and rural power grids. In order to provide reference for the design, production and promotion of the use of amorphous alloy transformers, this paper analyses the no-load loss and load loss mechanism of amorphous alloy transformers, and investigates the no-load loss characteristics and load loss characteristics of amorphous alloy transformers. In addition, this paper focuses on analyzing the excellence of amorphous alloy transformers in reducing no-load losses compared with conventional silicon steel sheet transformers of the same capacity and voltage level. In this paper, a SBH15-M-400/10 three-phase oil-immersed amorphous alloy transformer is taken as the research object, and the finite element simulation software is used to establish the amorphous alloy transformer model with a two-dimensional transient magnetic field and carry out finite element simulation on it. The accuracy of the finite element simulation is demonstrated by comparing it with the no-load and load losses of this transformer obtained from analytical calculations. At the same time, the no-load loss of this amorphous alloy transformer is compared with that of a conventional silicon steel sheet transformer of the same capacity and voltage level by finite element simulation. It is shown that the amorphous alloy transformer is a low no-load loss transformer.
