Simulation Analysis of Induced Voltage and Current of 500 kV Transmission Line with ICE Area
The double-circuit transmission line (DTL) on the same tower needs to be split into two parallel single-circuit transmission line (STL) when passing through the icing area, forming a double-circuit and single-circuit hybrid transmission line. The 500 kV AC transmission and transformation project with a heavy ice area in western China is taken as the research object in this paper. Based on PSCAD software, the induced voltage and current levels of the energized line on the de-energized line are calculated. The influence of factors such as horizontal spacing, ice thickness of lines, transmission power and line length on induced voltage and current is explored. The results show that: the induced voltage and current decrease with the increase of horizontal spacing. The electrostatic induction voltage decreases with the increase of ice thickness. The electromagnetic induction component increases with the increase of transmission power. The electromagnetic induction voltage and the electrostatic induction current increase with the increase of the line length. The calculation results can provide suggestions for the selection of line grounding switch (LGS), and provide reference for the formulation of relevant safety measures.
