Research on Regional Energy Planning in Border and Cross Border Areas Based on Multi Energy Load Forecasting
In the context of global energy transformation and regional economic integration, with the promotion of the “the Belt and Road” initiative, the urbanization rate and energy demand in border and cross-border areas have significantly increased. However, the regional economic foundation in border and cross-border areas is weak, and energy diversity leads to a lack of energy system planning and control technology, resulting in low energy supply quality. Therefore, this article proposes a regional energy planning method for border and cross-border areas, which is based on the load forecasting results of energy consumption simulation software to reveal the supply and demand characteristics of the energy network in border and cross-border areas. Then, with the goal of economy, a planning method for a multi network integrated smart energy system is proposed, and supported by case analysis.
