Analysis of the impact of changes in grid operation mode on the short-circuit ratio of regional power grids
With the continuous transformation of the global energy structure, the penetration rate of a large number of new energy sources, represented by wind power and photovoltaic, is increasing, resulting in the power system gradually presenting a weak grid characteristic with low short-circuit ratio. As an important indicator for determining the strength of the grid, the short circuit ratio is usually positively correlated with the strength of the grid, and there are a series of instability problems such as wide frequency oscillation and transient overvoltage in the grid with low short circuit ratio. In this paper, the impact of grid operation mode changes on the short-circuit ratio of a regional power grid is investigated through the simulation calculation of a regional power grid.
