A Novel Three-Dimensional Subband Synthesis MIMO Array Radar Imaging Mode
In recent years, terrorist attacks have occurred frequently around the world, and public safety issues have received more and more attention. Compared with traditional security inspection methods, millimeter-wave three-dimensional imaging technology has been widely used in the field of security inspection due to its advantages of safety, non-contact and high-resolution imaging. However, its data acquisition efficiency is still one of the problems to be solved in this field. In this paper, a new three-dimensional subband synthetic MIMO array radar (3D-SS-MIMO-AR) imaging mode is proposed. It can realize simultaneous multi-channel signal transmission and multi-channel signal reception. Compared with the previous time division multiple input multiple output (TD-MIMO) imaging mode, it increases the simultaneous transmission channel, thus greatly improving the data acquisition efficiency. In this study, the array geometry model of 3D-SS-MIMO-AR imaging mode is established, the array transceiver mechanism is designed, the multi-subband transceiver timing relationship based on simultaneous multi-channel signal transmission is described, and the echo data processing of subband synthesis is analyzed. Finally, the effectiveness and correctness of the imaging mode are verified by point target simulation experiments.
