Improving the speed control system without position sensor in the full speed range of the motor
For the application scenario of motor with large speed change, the traditional weighted switching method is improved, and the traditional sliding mode control is improved in the medium and high speed range. The improved sliding mode observer method in the medium and high speed domain and the pulse vibration high-frequency injection method in the low speed domain are used to compound to achieve accurate sensorless control in the full speed domain. Firstly, for the traditional first-order sliding mode control observer, the estimated back EMF is affected by the sign function, and the supercoil algorithm is introduced. Secondly, for the jitter generated when the synovial gain is large, the fuzzy control rule is proposed to suppress the jitter phenomenon. Thirdly, the weight distribution of the weighted average method is improved, so that the oscillation degree of motor speed is reduced. Finally, the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform is used to verify the optimization of the speed error by the improved sliding mode control and weighted control.
