Optimal configuration and dispatch of distribution network based on wind-solar-hydrogen coupling

This study focuses on the distribution network environment with a high proportion of wind and solar gridconnected systems, and aims to explore the optimal capacity ratio and optimal scheduling strategy for hydrogen production, hydrogen storage and fuel cell systems. By introducing the particle swarm optimization algorithm, this paper successfully solves the multi-objective optimization problem in capacity ratio and site selection decision, and constructs an optimal dispatching algorithm for distribution network based on the coupling of wind-solar-hydrogen integrated energy system. Firstly, we establish equivalent mathematical models for each subsystem such as hydrogen production, hydrogen storage and fuel cells, and propose economic evaluation indicators that integrate the economic benefits of the system with the average annual cost of the whole life cycle. Subsequently, the optimized capacity allocation was taken as the constraint condition for the scheduling optimization of the distribution network, and the hydrogen production and storage system was fully utilized as the regulating capacity of the power-based flexible load, and the voltage quality problems caused by the uneven distribution of power flow were effectively alleviated through the reasonable layout in the distribution network. In the optimization process, we combine the contribution function and the voltage distribution equilibrium evaluation index, and solve the complex model efficiently with the help of Yalmip solver. Finally, the theoretical model is simulated and verified in detail on the Matlab platform, which not only obtains the optimal capacity ratio of each component of the system, but also realizes the in-depth optimization of the operation and scheduling of the distribution network, which provides strong support for improving the economy and operation stability of the distribution network with a high proportion of renewable energy.
