Research on Health State Identification Method of Main Circulation Pump Based on CEEMDAN-TIMF-HT
The main circulation pump (MCP) is core equipment of reactor, which controls the circulation flow of reactor coolant. Aiming at the problem that the health status of nuclear power MCP is difficult to identify, a method of health status identification of MCP based on adaptive noise complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition, target intrinsic mode functions and Hilbert transform (CEEMDAN-TIMF-HT) is proposed. CEEMDAN is used to decompose the monitoring signal of MCP under various states to acquire multiple Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs), and the TIMF component is selected according to TIMF selection variable. Then, the spectrum analysis of all IMF components (IMFCs) is performed to further determine whether the TIMF component selection is correct. Finally, the HT is carried out on the TIMF components, and the Hilbert spectrum of each TIMF component is obtained. The objective is to analyse the vibration signal characteristics of the MCP in both its healthy and faulty states. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method is an effective means of identifying the fault state characteristics of the MCP, thereby enhancing the reliability of MCP operation.
