Analysis of Turbulence Intensity Characteristics of Desert Photovoltaic Power Station
Using the vortex dynamic observation data of the large photovoltaic power station in Wujiaqu, Xinjiang, the characteristics of turbulence intensity inside and outside the photovoltaic power station were compared and analyzed. The results show that constructing a photovoltaic power station in desert areas increases the turbulence intensity of the vertical wind speed component under unstable conditions. When the wind speed is less than $2 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}$, the turbulence intensity of the three wind speed components in the photovoltaic power station decreases rapidly with the increase of the wind speed. When the wind speed is greater than $2 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}$, the turbulence intensity of each wind speed component tends to slow with the change of the wind speed and then tends to stabilize with the increase of the wind speed (more than $4 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}$). At the same time, the inclined photovoltaic panel causes the average wind speed to decrease, resulting in significantly lower turbulent kinetic energy in the photovoltaic power station compared to that in the reference station.
