A study of the effect of structural parameters on piezoelectric fans
In this paper, based on ANSYS workbench finite element analysis software, the effects of structural parameters of piezoelectric fan are investigated using modal analysis and harmonic correspondence. Through a series of numerical simulations, the vibration patterns of the piezoelectric fan in each mode, the effect of the vibrating fan blade length on the amplitude of the piezoelectric fan, and the effect of voltage on the amplitude of the piezoelectric fan are explored. It is found that the vibrating fan blade reaches the best vibration state when the driving frequency is the first-order modal intrinsic frequency; through the experiments on the vibrating fan blades of different sizes, it is obtained that the longer the vibrating fan blade is, the larger the amplitude will be under the corresponding intrinsic frequency, but the corresponding resonance frequency will be reduced, and the increase in amplitude will bring about the decrease in frequency; the amplitude of the piezoelectric fan has a linear relationship with the increase in voltage.
