New Energy Transmission Planning Method Based on Electricity and Hydrogen Synergy
With the advancement of the construction of new power systems, there has been an imbalance in the insufficient local absorption capacity of new energy in the northwest region and the shortage of new energy in the developed eastern regions. Considering the electricity and hydrogen energy needs in the eastern region, a new energy transmission scale planning model with electricity and hydrogen synergy is constructed for the long-distance and large-capacity new energy transmission scenario. Electricity transmission in the form of high-voltage direct current transmission and hydrogen transmission in the form of hydrogen blending in natural gas pipelines are adopted. With the goal of minimizing total cost and total loss, the cost and loss of the network are considered from the source end, transmission end and load end respectively, and the constraints of supply and demand, loss, capacity and time are set. The development data of the power system and hydrogen energy system in Gansu and Zhejiang regions are used as examples for simulation analysis, and the objective function is solved by the optimization algorithm to study the optimal configuration plan for new energy transmission.
