Research on Carbon Emission Prediction Method for Cement Enterprises Based on Electricity Carbon Modeling
Carbon emissions from China's cement industry account for about 9% of the country's total carbon emissions, making it a major source of CO<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> emissions in the manufacturing industry. Through the advantages of real-time, precision and universal coverage of electric power big data, it is of profound significance for the management of carbon emission in the industry to grasp the trend of carbon emission in cement enterprises in a timely manner. The article uses regression analysis theory to construct four kinds of electricity carbon models between electricity and carbon emissions: one-bit linear electricity carbon model, one-bit quadratic electricity carbon model, electricity carbon model based on production correlation quantity and multi-source electricity carbon model, and then predicts the carbon emissions of 23 cement industry enterprises according to the four kinds of models, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the prediction results of the four kinds of models and the applicability, and the results show that: adopting the multi-source electricity carbon model and the The results show that the combination of multi-source electricity carbon model and one-dimensional linear electricity carbon model can predict the carbon emissions, improve the prediction accuracy of the model while taking into account the applicability of the model, and provide a technical means for the accurate prediction of carbon emissions of cement enterprises.
