Performance Evaluation of Component-based Mobile Charging and Discharging Facilities Based on Game Theory-Combinatorial Affiliation Functions
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, an increase in user charging demand has been observed, but the speed of charging pile input has not kept pace with the scale of electric vehicle development. This has led to an increasingly prominent contradiction in charging supply and demand both regionally and temporally. For example, in the service areas of highways, there are fewer charging vehicles on weekdays and not enough piles on holidays. The operational reliability of component-based mobile charging and discharging facilities directly affects the ability to cope with the imbalance in the spatial and temporal distribution of charging demand. Consequently, a performance evaluation method for component-based mobile charging and discharging facilities is proposed. The technical standards of non-vehicle-mounted chargers and dischargers for electric vehicles are analyzed, and a performance evaluation index system for component-based mobile charging and discharging facilities is constructed. The NASH equilibrium game strategy is applied to the combination assignment to obtain the optimal weight allocation coefficients. Subsequently, a combined affiliation function is established to match the actual performance distribution of charging facilities. Finally, the performance evaluation of the charging facilities is conducted, and the results demonstrate that the proposed method aligns more closely with the actual operation state than the traditional comprehensive evaluation method, thereby verifying the reliability and practicability of the method.
