Optimal Dispatch of Integrated Energy System Considering Dynamic Efficiency of Electrolyzer
This paper proposes a low-carbon economic dispatching model for integrated energy system to achieve efficient energy utilization, optimize the operational flexibility of P2G equipment, and further reduce the carbon emission level of integrated energy system. Firstly, a dynamic hydrogen production efficiency model of electrolyzer is established based on Faraday’s electrochemistry theory, which considers the influence of input power and aging degree on hydrogen production efficiency. Based on this electrolyzer model, the operation of a two-stage P2G system is detailed, methanation reactor and hydrogen fuel cell are added based on traditional P2G equipment, and various consumption paths of hydrogen are studied. At the same time, the adoption of ladder-type carbon trading to control carbon emissions further enhances the low-carbon and economic performance of the integrated energy system. Finally, a dispatching model is established with the goal of a minimum sum of energy purchase cost, carbon trading cost, and wind curtailment cost. After the linearization of the proposed model, Gurobi solver is used to solve it. The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified through a comparative analysis of multiple cases.
