Research and application of pipeline safety monitoring based on fiber Bragg grating sensors
Monitoring and maintenance of equipment is very important in engineering applications. This paper proposes a pipeline safety monitoring system based on fiber Bragg grating sensors, which can effectively and directly monitor a series of important structural parameters during equipment operation. The system is installed into the actual application scenario for testing, the expansion of the pipeline, strain and the relevant support structure of the inclination, deformation and other data can be remote real-time monitoring, and thus determine the safety and stability of the equipment and the overall structure. The test results show that the corresponding data can be monitored in real time, and has a high degree of consistency with the actual situation, which provides a powerful help to the subsequent maintenance and analysis.
