Rapid Simulation Method of Radar Echo for PolSAR
Multi-polarization characteristics are crucial for PolSAR applications. This article proposes a rapid scattering model for the electromagnetic simulation of composite scenes under both co-polarization and cross-polarization. The model utilizes a scattering center model to represent target scattering, while background scattering is computed using the integral equation method. Under cross-polarization, the locations of scattering centers of the target are extracted based on numerical current, and the amplitudes are determined by Padé approximation. By validating against numerical methods, this model accurately simulates SAR images under multi-polarization conditions.
