Warehouse task scheduling based on improved frog leaping algorithm
Aiming at the problems of low space utilization and low access efficiency of double-depth multilevel shuttle storage system, this paper investigates the access strategy of Double-deep multi-tier shuttle warehousing systems(DMSWS), proposes a cargo location allocation model based on the efficiency of outbound storage and split-aisle storage, and establishes a timeseries mathematical model of DMSWS that includes the rearrangement operation to take the shortest time of all the outbound orders out of the warehouse in a certain historical period as the Objective. The Cplex solver is used to solve the problem accurately in the inbound phase, and the improved Dynamic Self-Adaptive Frog Leaping Algorithm (DSFLA) is used to optimize the scheduling of the outbound tasks in the outbound phase, and the superiority of the algorithm is verified through simulation experiments. The results show that the DSFLA algorithm performs well in both convergence speed and global search ability, and can effectively reduce the time of the outbound task, optimize the allocation of resources, and significantly improve the operational efficiency of the warehousing system.
