Optimal low-carbon power dispatch method considering hybrid demand responses with fast charging electric vehicles

This paper proposes an optimal dispatch method tailored for low-carbon consumption, considering hybrid demand responses and fast-charging electric vehicles (EVs). The approach begins by developing a hybrid demand response model, wherein time-space pricing is used to capture the influence of price-based demand-side responses on urban electricity consumption. Next, the uncertainty in charging and operation of fast-charging electric vehicles is characterized based on historical data. Lastly, an optimization dispatch model for electric vehicles is constructed, aiming to minimize carbon trading costs while factoring in the effects of the carbon market on both electric vehicles and electricity demand responses. By utilizing the CPLEX solver, the model yields an optimal dispatch strategy that promotes low-carbon consumption and enhances energy efficiency. This method can inform low-carbon dispatch decisions, facilitating the orderly charging of urban electric vehicles within the scope of demand response integration.
