Research on Electromagnetic Ammunition Ramming Mode Based on Linear Switched Reluctance Motor
To simplify the redundant and complex structure of the traditional self-propelled gun, and to enhance both the maintainability of the ammunition conveyor and the lightweight nature of the equipment, an electromagnetic ammunition ramming linear driving mode based on a linear switched reluctance motor (LSRM) was proposed. The linear driving of the projectile is realized in the form of non-contact in the forced ammunition loading stage. Firstly, the working principle of the semi-automatic ammunition ramming mechanism of the gun is introduced, followed by an explanation of the electromagnetic ammunition ramming principle. To address issues with cartridge consistency, a speed loop active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) is designed. Simulation results demonstrate that the servo performance of electromagnetic ammunition delivery is improved under the ADRC mode, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
