Research on identification method of heavy-duty vehicle’s SCR system status based on SVM
The emission control of heavy-duty vehicles will be seriously affected by abnormal working state of SCR system. This has adverse effects on environmental pollution and human health. Based on the remote supervision data of heavy-duty vehicle, the identification method of heavy-duty vehicle’s SCR system status based on SVM are studied in this paper. On-line remote and accurate identification of urea consumption status in SCR system of heavy-duty vehicles can be achieved. Thus supporting problem vehicle screening and protecting the green environment. Firstly, the obtaining method of urea consumption segments based on urea level identification is proposed. Then, four feature parameters, including urea level change, urea-fuel ratio, ureanitric ratio and urea-distance ratio, are introduced to quantify urea consumption level in SCR system. Finally, a SVM-based heavy-duty vehicle’s SCR system status identification method is proposed. The accurate identification of SCR system state of heavy-duty vehicle is realized.
